Boyer Residence

The Boyer Residence is located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles, California.

The project is a collaboration between Steven Chavez, Landscape Architect (SCLA), who did the landscape layout and planting plans, and JDC Design & Consulting, who did the rain gardens and irrigation plans.

The design includes five rain gardens that meet the City of LA’s stormwater management requirements. Other design features include a circular driveway, a swimming pool with a built-in Jacuzzi, a raised fire pit, an outdoor kitchen, and plenty of flexible outdoor space for passive leisure and active recreation.
